• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Chat data: Conversations with Medici (our chat assistant) are stored locally in your browser. We do not persist chat history on our servers.

• To provide and maintain the DebtStack API and chat assistant.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To track API usage for billing and rate limiting.
• To improve our services through anonymized usage analytics.

• Google Gemini: Powers the Medici chat assistant.

We retain your account information and usage logs for as long as your account is active. API call logs are retained for billing reconciliation. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
